Competitive Team Trials on 4 August 2007

Hi Climbers,

We will be holding trials to select members of our competitive team this Saturday, 4 August 2007.


Date : 4 Aug (Saturday)
Venue : Climb Asia
Time : 10.30 (meet at Farrer Park MRT at 10)

A total of 12 people will be chosen for the team, the results for the trials would be announced by study week. This is because competitive training will commence when holidays begin.

Competitive climbers will receive many perks such as subsidised trainings as well as the IVP jacket. However, a high level of dedication would be required as we plan to achieve substantial results from the competition.

We do hope to see as many of you down on Sat as possible. No one is confirmed in the team. So everyone stands equal chance.

Level 1 Course, 28th July 2007

A Level 1 climbing course is now available to members on the 28th of July, 2007. Interested members are encouraged to sign up.

Rockamania Results

Some of our members participated in Rockamania XIII on the 14th of July, 2007 at Temasek Polytechnic. Facing tough competition, it was an enriching experience for new members and an opportunity for older members to challenge themselves.

We participated in both the Difficulty and Speed Categories. The results are as follows:
